The hard-earned money of Kansans belongs in Kansans' pockets, not the State's. We must reduce the number of for-profit businesses who are tax exempt. Our property taxes are too high, especially those who are Retired and living on Social Security. Property taxes could be adjusted on income and assets. I believe there should be no Sales Tax on food, and I believe we should have a flat tax.
